At Buysery, we strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at care@buysery.com.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds for Returns
- For delivered orders, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for detailed guidelines.
- Refunds are approved only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable to:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Innerwear and personal clothing (due to hygiene reasons).
- Orders cancelled after shipping.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- In such cases, you will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
